These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GlycoAI, operated by PRO COM FZC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using GlycoAI, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use GlycoAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Access to some features may require a paid subscription processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal policies and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
Privacity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRO COM FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Privacity after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
